Are you passionate about spreading joy and serving up deliciousness? At Ben & Jerry’s, we're looking for enthusiastic Scoopers to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our customers. As a Scooper, you'll be the face of our iconic ice cream brand, delivering exceptional service while crafting the perfect scoop of our famous flavours.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and engage with customers warmly, answer questions about our flavors and products, and ensure a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- **Scoop with Precision**: Serve ice cream cones, sundaes, and shakes with skill and consistency, adhering to our portioning and presentation standards.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the service area clean and organized, including scooping stations, counters, and equipment, to ensure a hygienic environment.
- **Stock Management**: Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and ensuring freshness of ingredients.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations, support each other, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- **Adhere to Policies**: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, cash handling, and customer interactions.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $12.83 - $38.05 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
