To assist in the operation of the store to achieve sales targets and profitability through the effective dispensing of single vision lenses, the sale and promotion of contact lenses, audiology services and the delivery of excellent customer service.

**Essential skills**
- An interest in Optical and/or Audiological Retail
- A passion for providing the highest standard of customer service and aftercare
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of customers and team members.
- Able to build rapport with customers
- Able to work cohesively and productively within a team
- Telephone skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Good standard of personal presentation
- Initiative, punctuality and reliability

**Salary**: $20.33 - $23.88 per hour
