**Your new company**
Hays Facilities Management have opportunities for experienced front-of-house staff seeking ongoing temporary work in the CBD. Working for the leading service providers, we offer short-term and long-term ongoing opportunities for a facilities officer/concierge/guest services officer.

**Your new role**
As the Concierge, your new position will include duties such as:

- Being the professional face of the client organization and delivering a seamless outstanding reception and customer service experience to the client.
- Providing administration support to client facilities team.
- Processing of incoming and outgoing parcels, mail and invoices.
- Assisting with office work, administration and customer service duties..
- Providing relief coverage for team peers from Concierge and Facilities Teams.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly polished and professional individual with previous experience working in office/corporate environment. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and will possess the ability to work independently and proactively.
