We are an Australian owned cleaning and home maintenance company. We aim to bring our clients high quality service and to reduce the hassle they go through when needing to get their cleaning and home maintenance jobs done by giving them access to multiple services at once.

Services we offer include Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Pressure Wash, Home Organising and Decluttering, Rubbish Removal, Home & Office Removal, Car Wash & Detailing, Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Lawn Care, Gardening & Landscaping, Tree Removal, Pest Control, Pool Cleaning, and Mobile Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services.

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Officer with great administration skills, customer service and sales/marketing background. Our service will support you and help you succeed in this role.

This role is only remote for April to May. From the last week of May, you will be working from near Marrickville area, Sydney, at our new office location.

**You will perform the following duties as required**:

- Respond to customers inquiries and providing quotes
- Use various platforms to recruit clients
- Use QuickBooks Time Tracking to book in shifts
- Confirm client bookings
- Provide customer service
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training and experience.

**Successful applicants must**:

- Have 1+ years of experience in Administration, Customer Service or equivalent
- Have knowledge of QuickBooks Time Tracking
- Customer management skills
- Have their own laptop to use for work
- Have an Australian Driver’s License
- Know how to speak with customers over the phone
