**The role**:
Reporting to the Product Lead for your area, you will own ongoing **adoption and value outcomes** for a segment of Zipline customers, to ensure they continue to get **recurring impact**from our SaaS Products.
- ** Manage a patch of Zipline customers for your product area -**Ensuring their adoption and impact stays high by running regular meetings, managing stakeholders, and holding Quarterly Business Reviews (supported by your Strategic Account Manager)
- ** Monitor Customer Value Score (CVS) dashboards**, diagnose gaps, execute adoption playbooks to hit our CVS targets
- ** Drive Product Adoption** - segment accounts into cohorts, craft launch comms, lead light-touch rollouts, built onboarding workflows and material in the product
- ** Surface Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) & renewal risks** to Strategic Account Managers ahead of cycle
- ** Build scalable enablement material** - Including Loom videos, Knowledge bases, Training sessions, Webinars

**The Opportunity**:

- Senior Product Adoption Manager (100 - 125k)
- Product Manager (100 - 150k)
- Strategic Account Manager (100 - 150k OTE)
