Marketing Coordinator

**Dolly's Acai is a growing small business with a strong presence in the Balmain community. We are now due to open a second location and as we expand, we are looking for a marketing executive to come with us on this journey to build our brand and create some amazing content**

**About the Role**:
Working closely with the Founder, you will play a key role in driving our growth through building a strong brand presence, and creating a remarkable customer experience. You will develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels, social media, events, and customer engagement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy**:Build the marketing strategy for Dolly's Acai.
- **Branding**: Enhance brand visibility and credibility in the market through consistent messaging, visual identity, and storytelling.
- **Customer Experience**: Build a process to ensure a positive customer journey from awareness to post-service.
- **Digital Marketing**: Manage digital marketing campaigns and content creation, to drive engagement and conversion.
- **Social Media Management**: Create and manage a robust social media strategy that reflects our brand and connects with our audience.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute opening events, celebratory events and special events to drive brand awareness and engage potential customers.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator with developing strategies for hospitality/food/retail businesses
- Strategic thinker who supports businesses growth strategy.
- Proven ability to define and implement strategy to support business objectives, Strong analytical skills, with a history of using data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Expertise in digital marketing and a deep understanding of branding principles.
- Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and a keen sense for emerging trends.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience with CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Balmain, NSW 2041
