**About the Role**

As part of the Retention team within our Lotteries division, the Marketing Automation Specialist plays a key role in designing and delivering engaging customer experiences.

You'll join a collaborative, cross-functional team where creativity, innovation, and shared success are at the heart of everything we do. We are commercial for a cause, operating in a results-focused sales culture and fuelled by ambitious growth plans.

**What You’ll Do**
- Create and manage omnichannel campaigns, with a focus on lifecycle and trigger-based communications that respond to customer behaviours
- Build, test, and deploy highly personalised messages with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strategically use direct marketing to influence and enhance customer engagement
- Partner with the team to unlock new data opportunities and platform capabilities
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance against key goals

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3-5 years proven experience with marketing automation tools (experience with Braze is a bonus)
- Strong grasp of customer lifecycle journeys and segmentation strategies
- High attention to detail and precision in execution
- Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work with cross-functional teams
