**About the role**:
As an **Assistant Business Manager** for our **David Jones Chadstone** store, you will be a brand ambassador for Scanlan Theodore. You will assist leading the store, develop client relationships and work collaboratively with your team to drive a strong sales result.

**You will assist as a leader to**:

- Work with the Boutique Manager to manage the store effectively by being present and supportive
- Support the Boutique Manager to coach Client Advisors, in terms of developing their growth
- Support the operation of the store, such as ensuring the store is on brand and deliver exceptional client service
- Inspire and mentor the team as a role model
- Create and maintain an environment where all team members and Clients are treated fairly and with respect
- Emphasise on constant and effective communication
- Monitor your team, to ensure they are conveying brands policy and procedures

**Who you are**:

- Experience in a similar position
- Background in overseeing a store, supporting the personnel of a store and making decisions including rostering of employees
