**Leaders of St Francis Xavier College** share a key responsibility for ensuring the health of our Catholic
Identity and the achievement of our learning community goals. By acting deliberately and with a sense of
vocational purpose as authentic loyal leaders who can model our values, they help to build the capacities
and resources the College needs to best serve our young people, their families, our community and the
Church. They do this daily.
