Darling Group is currently looking for experienced, ambitious and motivated Assistant Managers/ Team Leaders to join our growing teams at **The Kettle Black,** **Higher Ground, Dundas & Faussett **and **Bambu** Become a part of a special culture that is committed to executing exceptional experiences.

Assistant Manager and team leaders work directly with the Venue Manager in assisting and overseeing all aspects of the venue operations, ensuring the venue is running effectively and meeting all company standards each day to include, execution of food and beverage service, staff training and induction, guest interaction, atmosphere and cleanliness.

Outstanding people make it all happen and we are committed to creating an energised, rewarding and exciting work environment.

Experience & Skills:

- Previous experience in a management or assistant management position in a high-volume dining venue
- Exemplary service skills and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
- Passionate about people, hospitality and experiences
- Strong organisation skills with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in achieving key financial targets, such as revenue, cost of goods and labour
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- BAMBU applicants: Must have good cocktail, beer & spirit knowledge and an understanding of Asian cuisine

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
