**Your Role**

As an allied health professional, you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. This is a great opportunity to work across a wide range of client bases - from needing help with basic equipment, through to home modifications to assist our clients to stay safe in their homes and live as independently as possible.

Your tasks will include:

- Visiting community clients to assess and report on their current needs and devise a therapy plan
- Clinical assessments and treatment of physical and neurological conditions
- Assessing the home environment and prescribing aids, equipment and modifications as required, within funding program guidelines
- Supporting clients in their own homes to work towards self-care development and/or reablement
- Assessment of clients' mobility and control when moving in their environments

**Role Requirements**
- Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
- Current Police Screening Certificate
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current Queensland driver's licence
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Good computer & mobile device skills
- Effective communication skills
