**About the Role**
- Key responsibilities of this position include (but not limited to): _
- Build key member strategies based on reporting outcomes across multiple departments
- Planning and coordinating member retention events and activities in conjunction with the sales and marketing team. i.e. Attend and Win promotion.
- Assisting the Sports and Marketing Coordinator with producing eye catching marketing material that will assist in the retention and acquisition of members for Glen Eira Leisure.
- Guide and manage the Membership experience team.
- Develop the roster and provide guidance and training for the Membership Experience team.

- To be considered for this role, you must have:_
- Experience in organising and coordinating events (desirable)
- Experience in leading a team
- Current knowledge of social networking trends
- Experience in the delivery of high-quality customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Current CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current Employee Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain)

Carnegie Swim Centre (CSC) is a seasonal outdoor pool which has been servicing the community for over 60 years. Caulfield Recreation Centre (CRC) is a fully equipped gym which offers personal training and group fitness classes. With over 1.7 million attendances annually, these popular facilities are widely used by the local and regional community
