**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team. As Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel reservations department. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to establish the pre-arrival experience, manage rate and inventory, and optimize revenue.

- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of hotel reservations.
- Manage rate requests, local account rate loading, corporate client issues, feedback, and upgrades.

**Revenue & Inventory Management**:

- Prepare occupancy and revenue forecasts.
- Optimize room availability.
- Optimize room inventory and maximize revenue through strategic inventory management.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to establish pre-arrival experience, rate, and inventory management.

**Promotional Activities & Upselling**:

- Manage promotional specials and maintain strong product knowledge of the hotel and local area.
- Actively promote upselling to improve revenue.

**Team Leadership & Support**:

- Train and support the reservations team.

**Your Experience and Skills Include**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations or a similar role.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Experience preparing occupancy and revenue forecasts.
- Experience optimizing room availability.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and revenue management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $53,555.94 - $89,707.66 per year
