We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator to join our Omni Digital team in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and ever-evolving ecommerce environment, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital shopping experience for our valued customers.

As an Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless and accurate product representation across our online platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate the end-to-end merchandise lifecycle, from product setup to launch.
- Maintaining and updating product information, including descriptions, imagery, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Analysing data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for optimizing the online shopping experience.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Full competencies on a range of computer software and programs including Office suite, Site Analytics as well as David Jones internal systems
- Attention to detail and adherence to setting best practice standards for web products
- An understanding of the E-commerce landscape in Australia and other similar markets
- Strong activation skills and a desire to execute flawlessly
