**About the role**

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Market Analyst is responsible for undertaking detailed market analysis. You'll provide technical knowledge across our entire product range (Software & Marketing); be the key conduit between infrastructure & Services, Marketing, Learning & Development and Sales Operations Teams, and ensure our people are equipped with industry and product knowledge to achieve and thrive. You'll impress us with your can-do attitude and outstanding relationship skills.

**Day to day you'll be expected to**:

- Extract and document business/technical requirements
- Analysing weekly sell through report and presenting your analysis on sales actuals v forecast to various teams and senior management
- Developing a deep understanding of segment level market trends and competition
- Communicate and engage with stakeholders
- Work within the Business Analyst framework

**To be a success in this role you need to have**:

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Advanced presentation skills translating data into stories and insights
- Information gathering and provide recommendations
- Experience in the collection and analysis of Customer feedback data
- Highly advanced analytical skills using large and varied datasets
- Experience in research and analytical skills
