Our Cowal Gold Operation is an open-cut, underground and ore processing operation, located 40km North East of West Wyalong in NSW. Cowal is a long life, low cost asset that will be a cornerstone of our business for many years to come.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Processing Shift Supervisor, this position will be responsible for operating a variety of areas within the Processing Plant in a safe, effective and efficient manner to meet operational requirements.
- Always ensuring high standard of housekeeping
- Working closely with Metallurgy and Maintenance personnel
- Maintain metallurgical processing parameters and targets in your work area
- Assist shift trades during plant breakdowns and other situations where required
- Communicate effectively and in a positive manner with peers, supervisory personnel and other stakeholders

**About you**
- Previous experience in gold processing plants
- Forklift - _highly desirable_
- Ability to work safely at all times
- Capability to work independently in a challenging environment
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills
- Basic computer skills
