**What you’ll do**:

- Coordinate project requirements and allocate modelling resources
- Utilise BIM tools and workflows to deliver large scale healthcare projects
- Interpret BIM requirements and implement suitable BIM protocols
- Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external
- Maintain technical standards as per contractual obligations
- Expertly liaise with high level external stakeholders and clients

**About You**

You’re likely to have:

- Proven experience as a BIM modeller, drafter or technician in the building services sector, ideally in a consultancy environment
- Excellent knowledge and strong proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks in both modelling and back-end program knowledge.
- Personal and technical skills to represent the company at an internal and external levels.
- A desire to develop your skills.
