Opportunity to join a large, well-established, national electro-technology company with a varied list of national major projects (commercial, defence, health, education, industrial). The company wishes to appoint two BIM Specialists to be part of a close-knit team working on a varied pipeline of national major projects - data centres, hospitals, universities, airports, commercial projects, and defence projects for example.

Role Responsibilities:

  • The development of BIM models to produce 2D drawings and images that will be required for presentations and project submissions
  • The development of BIM models to assist in the identification of clashes with other trades
  • The capacity to establish and enhance relationships with key stakeholders on the projects

Skills and experience required:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications combined with practical experience gained on large scale construction projects and proven track record in MEP (Mechanical /Electrical/Plumbing) ideally
  • BIM experience in one or more of the following disciplines: electrical, mechanical and/or plumbing
  • Excellent Revit (building and modelling families in Revit and other items)
  • Whilst BIM and Revit experience specifically in the electrical space is a preference, our client can also consider candidates from architectural backgrounds with commercial (not solely residential) projects experience, with some MEP, Revit and clash detection experience

This is a full time and permanent role with a flexible start and finish time - e.g., 7am-3.30pm, 7.30am-4pm, 8am-4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm
