**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a large manufacturing company that operate nationally. There is an opening for an Accounts Receivable Officer

***

**YOUR DUTIES**:

- Processing and reconciliation of customer payments
- Review the assigned business bank account ensuring all unallocated and unidentified cash receipts are clearly marked and followed up in a timely manner
- Identify and allocate cash based on the way the payment is received
- Monitoring shared mailbox actioning urgent requests
- Take calls from internal stakeholders and answer any queries
- Escalation of dishonoured payments
- Develop action plans to resolve unallocated receipts with customers

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Accounts receivable experience in a similar role - 2+ years minimum
- SAP, JDE or SYMIX experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- High accuracy
- Excellent communicator - written and verbal
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Team-player
- Enjoys learning and developing skills
