**About the role
**City of Parramatta is seeking a professional, enthusiastic and highly motivated full-time Aquatics Operations Manager to drive the business of Epping Aquatic Centre and Macarthur Girls High School pool. On a daily basis you will oversee all operations of these facilities, including, but not limited to:

- Staffing and roster management, Swim School, Bookings and Marketing and Promotion of Council’s Aquatic Facilities;
- Providing operational and technical support, including, the maintenance of water quality, testing, chemical treatment and disease control;
- Developing and implementing a broad range of programs to promote Council’s Aquatic Facilities, including, learn to swim, recreation, healthy lifestyles initiatives and promotional events to increase patronage and revenue opportunities;
- Developing, implementing and reviewing industry standard policies and procedures for Council’s Aquatic Facilities;
- Ensuring that Council’s Aquatic Facilities are maintained to a high standard, including, maintenance plans and capital improvements to maintain Councils 5-star rating;
- Maintaining effective and co-operative communication with customers, business and key internal and external stakeholders;
- Preparing and submitting any reports that may be required to enhance, improve and analyse the business requirements - including financial reporting;
- Reviewing, establishing and implementing appropriate goals and performance indicators that are specific to meet the needs of the business; and

**About You
**- Current Statement of Attainment in Aquatic Operations and Supervision; and
- Current Statement of Attainment in Aquatic Management.

Further, it is essential that applicants possess the following minimum licences/qualifications:

- Working with Children Check;
- Class C Drivers Licence; and
- First Aid Certificate.

**What’s on offer
**We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $108,945 to $119,971 plus 10.5% superannuation
