**The Opportunity**
We are currently looking to recruit a Trust Administrator to join our team on a 12 month contract basis.
Joining as the Trust Administrator you will work as part of the Ashurst Service Central - Finance team to deliver a range of services to internal and external clients in relation to Finance Operations activities.
Some of your main responsibilities in this role will be:
- Gain and maintain sound knowledge of Trust regulations
- Ensure Ashurst Australia Trust policy is adhered to at all times, regardless of situation
- Review new matters as part of the firms Quality Assurance process
- Maintain client and matter database as required
- Client and matter management
- Time and costs management

**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have some or all of the following attributes:
- Trust & Controlled Monies exposure essential
- Knowledge of ANZ Transactive portal desirable
- TAFE Certificate/Diploma in Accounting is an advantage
- Legal exposure is an advantage
- Elite 3e systems knowledge desirable
- System testing experience
