**THE ROLE**

Working collaboratively with the rest of the Marketing department, you will be responsible for capturing and curating the digital content required for our various outlets and social medial channels. You will assist the Marketing team in increasing online engagement, visitations and overall brand awareness.

This role is a full-time onsite position, however your work days & schedule may vary depending on the needs of the business at the time.

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In collaboration with the Marketing team, craft engaging content that captures club culture, drives interaction, and reflects current trends, through a mix of organic & paid social media
- Target various market segments for lead generation across different brands, and encourage community engagement
- Review online feedback & messages and respond accordingly, to assist in maintaining our positive brand image, and helping deliver on memorable experiences for patrons and members.
- Liaise with the Football department to determine social content required for upcoming announcements such as video content, media releases and celebration pieces.
- Attend, as required, special events, and game days and team training sessions that may fall outside normal working hours and/or require interstate travel.
- Liaise with the various teams and departments within the organisation to analyse content creation opportunities.
- Engage with our customers online by sourcing, planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role developing social media content and online communications
- In-depth knowledge of managing social media platforms including Facebook & Instagram, along with an understanding of paid social advertising
- Skilled in video editing tools for mobile-first platforms (e.g., Reels, TikTok)
- Highly efficient with digital software, including but not limited to, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite and Asana
- Understanding and strong interest in photography and videography
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
