Experienced Medical Receptionist for Radiology

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and follow up on missed appointments
- Verify patient information and assist with patient registration
- Process Medicare and private health insurance claims and payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience working in a medical receptionist role
- Strong knowledge of Medicare and private health insurance processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- **Must be Australian citizen to apply**

**Salary**: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
