An experienced medical receptionist for permanent part time position.
- **Who we are**:_
Eleanor Clinic is a bright and inclusive GP Clinic in Footscray, with a passionate team and a positive work environment. We are a private billing clinic who welcomes a diverse patient demographic. Our reception and administration team pride themselves on their professionalism and knowledge, as well as their empathetic, personable, and friendly demeanours.
You will be working in a close-knit, welcoming and energetic team, supporting 3-5 doctors and 1-2 nurses each shift. This role is a combination of patient facing and administration-based work. The position currently offers ~25 hours per week across 3 shifts, with some flexibility. We are open to discussing a work roster that suits both of us
- **Our hours are**:_
Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm
Wednesdays: 9am-7pm
Saturdays: open 9am - 1pm on a rotating basis.
- **What we’re looking for**:_
- Someone with experience in a medical reception/administration role
- Someone who is familiar with technology (in general) and medical reception-based software (more specifically, knowledge of Best Practice will be highly regarded)
- Someone enthusiastic about providing top notch customer service
- Someone who is proactive and has good critical thinking skills
