In the role of a Health Banking Manager, you will join the Business Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Develop a structured sales approach through needs analysis to drive meaningful customer conversations, deepen relationships, and foster customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Utilise NAB's CRM to record activities, sales opportunities, and specialist referrals, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.
- Assist in writing, processing, and executing lending proposals, providing tailored financial solutions to healthcare clients.
- Proactively manage risk, adhere to compliance requirements, and escalate issues as identified, ensuring a robust and secure banking environment.
- Utilise your expertise, knowledge of the business lending process and customer obsession to manage your stakeholder relationships and portfolios.
