About the Role
You will be responsible for assisting the business leaders in Home Lending division in managing the day to day requirements of their roles and teams including the co-ordination & management of administrative functions, travel arrangements, diary management, HR administration and compliance responsibilities.
**Role Location**: 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
**Role Type**: Permanent, Fulltime
What will your day look like?
**As a Management Assistant, you will**:
Management of team finances and budgets whilst tracking costs to budget for Business Leaders
Plan business trips and associated details ensuring travel bookings are complete within travel guidelines
Review and update calendars on a regular basis to ensure no clashes with meeting times, attendees and locations.
Perform department HR changes, either manually or system based (OPS/PeopleConnect)
Management of team wide communications, encouraging consistency and providing input.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Administration experience
A display of superior organisational and time management skills.
High proficiency in computer knowledge and skills, especially the Microsoft Office packages.
A high level of skills in communication; both written and oral.
Self-motivated, independent person who displays initiative.
Maintains & processes confidential personnel & department data.
