**Position: Early Childhood Educator**

**Location**: Auburn, NSW
**Salary Range**: $75,000-$80,000 plus superannuation
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Ongoing

**Working Hours**: 38 hours per week

**Qualification**: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Ana Kindergarten is a not-for-profit community-based long day care service providing high-quality early childhood education for children aged 0-5 years. We are seeking a passionate and qualified **Early Childhood Educator** to join our supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs in line with the EYLF
- Foster nurturing and inclusive learning environments
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and document children’s learning and development
- Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and regulations

**Essential Criteria**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification
- Food Handler Basics Training

**Desirable**:

- Experience in a not-for-profit or community-based service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
