The Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and mentoring educators to achieve excellence
- Creating and maintaining a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
- Delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum, and linking to the National Quality Framework
- Fostering positive work relationships with the team, families, and children
- Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Practical knowledge in delivering a high-quality planning cycle, curriculum, and linking to the National Quality Framework
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, or willing to learn
- Valid First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
