An incredible opportunity is now available to join the team at Heritage House Childcare & Early Learning Centres. Our service at Auburn has the rare opportunity, due to progression, for a Nominated Supervisor to join our team. This is an opportunity which doesn't come often and we are exited to welcome a new team member to the family

The Role:

Manage the day to day operations of the centre in line with company policies, procedures and targets

Undertake a Nominated Supervisor role

Develop a positive and engaging community presence

Provide leadership, support and guidance to staff and students as needed

Develop a positive, cohesive work environment for all staff

Manage rosters & attendance

Induct and support new team members

Implement initiatives to encourage increased occupancy rate

Ensure centre is compliant with all Centre policies, State Legislation and National Quality Standards

Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained in line with Company standards

Required experience:

A minimum of 2 years experience in the role (preferred)

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

A current Working with Children's Check and valid First Aid, Child Protection.

Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process

Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Quality Improvement Program

Extensive experience within the Early Childhood sector

Team player

Excellent communication, leadership and management skills

Highly organised and ability to multi-task
