Contract Duration**:12 Months** (with a possibility of extension up to a maximum of 2 x 12-month extensions)
Type**:On-site, Contract**
Security clearances:Must have an active **NV1 Security Clearance.**
Please read the following to understand the specific role and the qualifications and experience required.
**Role 1: Technical Service Delivery Manager**
**Key Tasks / Duties**:
- Maintain project visibility, track progress, and adhere to quality and change management processes.
- Manage resource capacity, undertake risk management, and plan complex cybersecurity programs.
- Establish and improve the project lifecycle, fostering engagement for successful delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical guidance and communicate project progress.
**Required knowledge and experience**:
- 3+ years' experience implementing ASD Essential Eight and Information Security Manual controls or similar projects in complex ICT environments.
- Alternatively, significant experience with Microsoft 365 or similar digital transformation projects.
- 3+ years' experience delivering Cyber Security projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
- Preferred:
- Experience influencing stakeholders for Cyber Security implementations.
- Proven track record leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary programs.
- Experience managing Microsoft Windows environments.
- Personal resilience and flexibility to deliver under pressure in challenging environments.
**Role 2: Broadcom Data Centre Security Engineer**
**Key Tasks / Duties**:
- Perform BAU operations, maintenance, and management of Broadcom Symantec DCS.
- Plan, schedule, and implement patches, bug fixes, and system upgrades for Broadcom DCS.
- Document technical knowledge in the knowledge database and update design documentation.
**Required knowledge and experience**:
- 3+ years' experience in daily operations and management of Broadcom DCS.
- Proficient in identifying, isolating, and resolving technical issues, conducting daily health checks, and managing reporting and knowledge transfer to support staff.
- Preferred:
- Strong technical understanding of Broadcom DCS, including optimization and configuration.
- Proficient in Essential Eight Application Control strategy and ISM controls implementation within Broadcom DCS.
- Experience planning and executing patches, bug fixes, and major upgrades for Broadcom DCS.
- Experienced in upgrading Broadcom DCS from version 6.7.x to 6.9.x.
**Role 3: Cyber Security Bundle Lead**
**Key Tasks / Duties**:
- Work closely with the Sourcing Lead and Program Office Lead to manage assigned outcomes.
- Collaborate with the EL2 Director to engage with existing Cyber Security teams.
- Partner with the Cyber and Protective Security Branch to outline future ICT and cyber security direction.
- Develop market approach documents for Cyber Security services with stakeholders.
- Research modern ICT Cyber Security practices and models.
- Ensure sourced technical services meet ICT and cyber security requirements.
- Assist the Sourcing Lead in aligning the ICT Sourcing Plan with strategies and policies.
**Required knowledge and experience**:
- 5+ years' experience in ICT and Cyber Security roles in medium/large organizations.
- Certifications like CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC, and SANs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Proficient in leading workshops and technical discussions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Preferred:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or Cyber Security from a recognized Australian institution or equivalent overseas qualification.
**Role 4: Cyber Security SME**
**Key Tasks / Duties**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Cyber Security requirements for market approaches.
- Create documentation for current and future state requirements.
- Support Cyber Security Bundle Lead, Sourcing Lead, Program Manager, and Program
**Required knowledge and experience**:
- 3+ years' comprehensive experience in ICT and Cyber Security roles in medium/large organizations.
- Certifications: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC, and SANs.
- Experience in implementing Government ICT outsourcing, including requirements development and contract negotiation.
- Experience implementing Cyber Security services in large-scale ICT environments, including Government.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
