**Your Team**

The Behind the Meter (BtM) team is a newly created team focused on delivering on our future strategy, developing digitally powered renewable energy solutions like solar, batteries and EV chargers so that more people can electrify their home. The team aims to create value for customers, develop innovative solutions and ensure customers have a seamless, great experience with every interaction with Intellihub.

The Sales Coordinator will support solar and battery sales consultants by handling administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, and reporting. This role ensures smooth operations and a high-quality customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide admin support to sales consultants and maintain up-to-date customer records
- Occasionally assist with inbound/outbound sales and support calls
- Manage CRM data (HubSpot) and ensure documentation is correctly stored.
- Prepare basic reports on sales activity and pipeline updates for the Sales manager and leadership team
- Coordinate workflows between sales, operations, and installation teams
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries and escalate complex issues
- Support sales meetings with agendas and reports
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent customer experience
- Promote safety and compliance with company policies

**Qualifications**
- Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional service to customers, including strong active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), working knowledge of Hubspot or Genesys is a bonus, comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and customer records
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to learn and absorb technical information quickly
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer sales and service environment is advantageous
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus
