The opportunity:
AIA Australia’s Group Insurance channel is a specialist provider of group risk products and solutions and is responsible for managing the relationships of over 300 superannuation funds and corporate schemes.

As the Product Manager, you will deliver value-adding and innovative product solutions for AIA’s intermediary corporate portfolio. You will manage the product requirements for renewals, new business and develop sustainable group product terms and conditions.

You will join a small team of product experts who are dedicated to delivering great outcomes for our clients and contributing to our purpose of helping people embrace Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

This is a permanent, full-time position located in either Sydney or Melbourne.

To do this successfully you will:
- Partner with the Senior Product Manager - Corporate to deliver on all product requirements for Group corporate clients- Develop and contribute sustainable product solutions to support business growth- Provide risk assessment and product terms on new business opportunities- Contribute to the development of the AIA Corporate product through sustainable product improvements- Develop Disclosure documents and communication material for AIA’s Group corporate offering- Experience working in the insurance or superannuation industry. Group or retail product management experience is preferred but not essential- A good understanding of the Australian group insurance market is preferred- A natural ability to build strong relationships and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders- The ability to adapt quickly, manage competing deadlines and maintain a high attention to detail- Can think laterally and take a creative approach to problem solving
