We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Digital Experience Design team within ATO Corporate.

As a **Digital Experience Officer (UX Researcher)**, you will be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary Agile team dedicated to enhancing the customer experience across the ATO’s digital services. You will leverage your advanced UX, research and analytical skills to shape our digital products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of millions of Australian citizens.

You will work on exciting, diverse and innovative projects that positively impact our products, services and day-to-day tax related activities of everyday Australians. You’ll work within an experienced team and contribute to optimising our website content through our new Digital Experience Platform.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD**.
