**About the role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our sales team at Eastwood as a Fleet Service Consultant.

With exceptional customer service, you will manage inbound and outbound tyre and mechanical enquiries. Liaising with customers, service and sales departments, you will facilitate the timely and efficient provision of products, fleet management services and solutions to end user fleet customers.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Monitor and maintain phone service levels including call ring, wait and average handle times.
- Respond in a timely manner to all queries, requests and feedback whilst maintaining communication channels and advise of outcomes achieved.
- Report KPI’s monthly to the National Sales Manager.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to offer mobility and in-store solutions, recommendations and advice.
- Manage and escalate any issues to relevant personnel.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and departments to find optimal solutions addressing both customer and business requirements.
- Assist the sales team with administration and support relating to fleet maintenance activities.

**About you**

You will present as a strong communicator with sound analytical and problem-solving skills, providing you with the ability to effectively administer fleet databases and efficiently respond to customer and dealer queries. Your ability to work under pressure will ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.

To perform successfully in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

- Previous experience within the Automotive industry will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated experience with a wide range of operational and business procedures within a commercial environment with particular emphasis on business accounting and transactional processing systems.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite of products and an understanding of enterprise resource planning systems.
