**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Phone Sales & Customer Support Consultant** based in **Ormeau. **This position involves working as part of our collaborative **Retail Call Centre** team - reporting to the Customer Service Centre Manager.

This is a **Full Time **role working 38 hours - on a rotating roster - with no late nights or Sundays required

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Telephone sales (inbound), entering orders and developing product knowledge
- Providing exceptional customer service and directing calls
- Regular communication and interaction with store managers
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required - especially Manufacturing and Despatch teams
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong and stable record in phone or face to face customer service or sales
- Strong customer focus, an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
- Excellent data entry skills
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
