Are you a creative thinker that thrives on finding solutions that meet all business needs? **If you’re an enthusiastic promotions and digital specialist keen to step into a fast-paced environment where your passion for radio and digital promotions will see you play a key part in the rollout of industry leading campaigns across all our national brands, then this role could be for you** - This position can be based from our many locations including Ipswich, Brisbane, Gold Coast or Maroochydore_ **About The Role**: **Working alongside the National Regional Promotions Director you will**: - Assist in researching, designing, building and managing digital promotional solutions and working closely with the Business Solutions, Promotions and Development teams. - Handle day-to-day operations related to regional promotions, including mechanics, terms, and web-based functionalities. - Manage the entire lifecycle of Regional integrated campaigns, from briefing to post campaign reporting. - Assist in Word Press (where required) for Bespoke and National Promotions and offer solutions for the wider business. - Ensure exceptional client and listener experiences, exceeding industry standards. - Manage creation of complex & custom online promotions, working closely with the Development and Regional teams to ensure all expectations are met. - Support the implementation of National Brand Promotions and Partnerships including approvals, legal and reporting as required. - Maintain an understanding of executional restrictions associated with digital products. - Training and Support: Provide on-ground training and developmental support for Promotions teams. **About You**: - Minimum of 1-2 year in a similar environment - radio, TV or media promotions. - Knowledge in Microsoft forms and suite (essential). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Tech savvy, with high learning agility and curiosity with learning new systems. - Capacity to manage high stress situations, multi-task and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously. - A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail. - Digital platform experience with Social Studio, Facebook Creator Studio and WordPress CMS platforms. - Previous experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). - SEQ Location Preferred. **What’s in it for you** - ARNSocial Work Perks which can include - various giveaway & events, FREE and discounted tickets. - Novated Leasing + Super Salary Sacrifice | Paid Birthdays off |Paid Parental Leave | Charity Leave. - Discounts on lifestyle, entertainment with big name brands including Health fund discounts. - Education Assistance | Career Development with consistent quality training | Long term career progression. **Our Culture**: We have four behaviours that make up our "Culture in Action" which describe how we act every day to create a great place to work: - **Aim High**: - Set big goals and achieve together. - **Own It** - Take ownership and be solutions focused. - **Be Your Best Self** - Create the environment we need to thrive. - **Make a Difference** - Seek out ways to have a positive impact.
