**About the role**:
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to step away from a hands-on tech role while still utilising your experience in InTune and Configuration Manager. Suncorp is at the forefront of End User Compute technology so there is plenty of scope to develop new skills to enhance your career.

**What you’ll do**:
Ensure the provision of secure End User Compute platforms built on Microsoft and Citrix technologies by:

- Providing input to strategic plans and roadmaps for End User Compute activities to align with organisational goals and objectives.
- Actively participating in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to End User Compute services.
- Governing IT Partners to deliver best in class services, through Governance, Reporting and Continuous Service Improvement.
- Developing, maintaining and continuously seek improvements to the processes and procedures to maximise customer experience.
- Ensuring the health and availability of End User Compute platforms and services.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Previous experience in service delivery, working with and managing technology partners to deliver first class technology services
- Demonstrated knowledge of Infrastructure services
- Working in the financial/insurance industry would be beneficial
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- A genuine passion for technology and service delivery
