Join Suncorp Group as a Product Design Specialist, where you’ll lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge propositions across our Consumer Insurance portfolio. **What You’ll Do**
- Lead the design and rollout of new customer propositions in our Motor Insurance portfolio
- Use design thinking and customer research to validate new concepts and create engaging, user-focused experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Digital, Claims, Marketing, Distribution, and external partners
- Use mobility data to inform safety innovations and guide feature development
- Deliver data-led insights and communicate the value of new product ideas from desirability, feasibility, and viability perspectives
- Play a key role in shaping the future roadmap for Motor Insurance at Suncorp

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in product design, innovation, or development (5+ years preferred), ideally within insurance or financial services
- Strong design thinking capabilities and a passion for improving customer experience
- Proven success working cross-functionally and managing diverse stakeholder groups
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategic decisions
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Design, Innovation or related disciplines (desirable)
