The Continence Foundation of Australia supports Australians affected by, or at risk of, bladder and bowel control problems and acts as an advocate for their interests. As the national peak body, the Foundation exists to serve all Australians by promoting bladder and bowel health.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
With important key projects in the pipeline, an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and passionate Project Officer with a background in Health Promotion/Community Development to join our dedicated and vibrant Health Promotion team.

The Project Officer (Health Promotion) will support key projects to deliver outcomes that reduce the incidence and impacts of incontinence.

You will coordinate, implement and evaluate key national projects and initiatives including BINS4Blokes and Pelvic Floor First, and support capacity building of targeted organisations across Australia through partnerships and collaborations.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualifications in Health Promotion, Community Development, or Health Science, or similar.
- 3-5 years’ experience developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating projects and activities.
- Understanding of the social determinants of health and primary prevention approaches to health.
- Excellent communication, planning, implementation, evaluation, and report writing skills.
- A commitment to enhancing the ongoing capability of the Continence Foundation in achieving its vision and purpose.
