We are seeking skilled **Truck Load Strappers** to join our dynamic team on the **PM Shift (2PM-10PM)** with full commitment to the shift hours.

Due to internal promotions \ movement, we require **3x Load Strappers**. Ideally we are looking for people with proven and extensive experience in throwing straps, opening\closing b\double trucks, moving truck gates, working on mezzanine trucks. Must be able to demonstrate load strapping skill during interview if sucessful. Truck drivers who are sick of linehaul and want to spend more time with the family and off the road are encouraged to apply

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Load Strapper\Sheeter**:

- Prepare trucks for loading ( Open \ Close truck curtains and gates )
- Strap and secure loads on trucks to prevent shifting or damage during transit
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with FAK ( Freight of all Kind )
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
**- Proven experience as a load strapper**
**- Physically fit and strong**
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
**- Physical stamina and ability to lift truck gates.**
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: $34.00 - $37.77 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
