We are a leading interstate transport company, committed to providing exceptional service, high-quality products and next day delivery Australia wide. We are seeking skilled and reliable Forklift Drivers and Truck Load Strappers to join our dynamic team.

The Forklift Driver / Truck Load Strapper is responsible for operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role also involves strapping and securing truck loads to ensure safe transportation of goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Forklift Operator**:

- Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, and move materials to designated areas within the warehouse or facility.
- Inspect forklifts before use to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Load Strapper ** Must have experience strapping trucks**:

- Prepare trucks for loading ( Open \ Close truck curtains and gates )
- Strap and secure loads on trucks to prevent shifting or damage during transi
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with FAK ( Freight of all Kind )
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
**- Proven experience as a forklift driver.**
**- Proven experience as a load strapper**
**- Physically fit and strong**
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to operate different types of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
**- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.**
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.73 - $37.77 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Forklift Driving: 3 years (preferred)
- Load Strapper: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
