The opportunity:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Strategy Execution to join our Enterprise Strategy team based in Melbourne or Sydney.

As the Head of Strategy Execution, you will work with the Executive and senior leadership team to deliver AIA’s enterprise strategy.

Reporting to the GM of Strategy & Commercial Development, you will play a critical role in ensuring investment decisions and initiatives align to AIA Australia’s strategic priorities and deliver value and benefit for our customers, colleagues and partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to join a new function within the enterprise strategy team. You will help build the capability of the function to ensure the successful delivery of an ambitious strategy.

To do this successfully you will:
- Lead a small team responsible for supporting the execution of priorities and initiatives to deliver on the strategic roadmap- Align initiatives to the enterprise strategy and monitor and track the delivery of benefits- Oversee the design, prioritisation, and governance of the strategic roadmap- Support the Chief Officer of Strategy, Innovation & Data Office with the coordination of the strategic planning and execution process- Influence business stakeholders to dedicate focus, commitment, and discipline to achieve the strategic plan- Experience in a strategic management role gained from the Life Insurance industry- Expert knowledge of key drivers of the health and life markets in Australia- Strong project design and delivery skills- Commercially astute with strong relationship management skills that allow you to negotiate, influence and strategise with a wide range of stakeholders
