You’ll also support the business across departments – think of your team as MECCA’s in-house consultants, tackling challenges like education effectiveness and major cross-functional initiatives.We’re looking for a strategist who can see the big picture and make it real. You’ll have the ability to balance short-term wins with long-term vision, turning complex problems into clear, compelling plans that bring people along for the journey.
