**Our Family**:

- Our beautiful boys are 4 and 1. The 4yr old is kind, considerate and intelligent and has been the best older brother to our 1yr old. The 1 yr old is nothing but smiles whose favourite things are eating anything and climbing everything. They're kept company by Bob the Groodle who's a lover of all people.

**Your Duties**:

- Looking after the children (obviously), including making meals and cleaning up after them. Driving the children to close-by outings. Taking the kids to the beach which we live close to and understanding the water safety risk that comes with this and watching the children appropriately. Creative playtime at home. Some basic reading and writing playtime with our 4yr old given he's going to big school next year. Light housework including laundry and cooking dinner but only as time permits. We appreciate that looking after 2 children can prevent much else from happening on some days and that sometimes it's not possible to do any housework on top of caring for the children.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- Our ideal caregiver is someone that will be attentive and patient particularly with our older boy who is happy to steal any adults attention whenever and for as long as possible to play, read or chat. Politely and firmly setting boundaries and expectations of manners is important to us for him as he's older than his years and any caregiver needs to walk the balance of holding him to a higher expectation of behaviour than some his age, while remembering that he has only just turned 4 and sometimes needs the love and support a 4yr old should expect. Our ideal caregiver will stop our 1yr old from eating things he shouldn't and stop him from climbing on things he shouldn't. There's not much more to him than that. He is a bringer of smiles and joy to everyone that comes near him. Our ideal caregiver will be comfortable taking the boys on outings such as to the park and other close by attractions (Zoo, Museum, Playcenter, Shows etc.) and have the energy to keep up with them throughout the day but also be happy to keep the boys entertained at home with playtime and other creative endeavours. We also need someone that will be comfortable around Bob the Groodle including to bring him on the occasional short walk to stretch his legs and go to the toilet. My wife and/or I will often, but not always, be working from home on the caregiver's days with the boys. A caregiver that speaks a serbo-croation dialect would be a bonus as my partner speaks the language and we would like the boys to have more exposure to the language than they do currently. Our ideal caregiver will have some flexibility to start or end their caregiving days earlier/later from time to time to suit our work schedules. It would also be advantageous if the caregiver could provide some ad-hoc babysitting from time to time as their schedule allows paid on top of their ordinary hours.
