We are now seeking a Rehabilitation, Safety and People Coordinator. The successful applicant will be involved in:

- Function as a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator
- Continuously monitor trends and opportunities for improvement and provide regular reports and advice to the P&C and WHS teams
- Develop and maintain effective injury management strategies in conjunction with our workers compensation insurer and relevant internal stakeholders
- Manage and monitor the progress of workers compensation claims, non-work-related matters, and ergonomic requests as well as the employee’s recovery
- Inputting and updating information onto spread sheets including safety data sheets, licences, plant documentation, risk assessments and registers, contractor registers and hazard inspections and reports
- Maintain PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) inventory for sites
- Assist with other safety and people related duties as part of the People, Safety and Culture function of the business.

What will help you to succeed in your new role:

- Strong administrative skills, including computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong analytical ability and prioritization skills.
- Return to Work & Rehabilitation Coordinator Accreditation or previous experience
- A current QLD Driver’s Licence as some travel to sites will be required (km allowance paid)
