**About the role**
Prestige is proud to be pioneers of 24-hour care and are looking for a Private Client Case Manager, to support our large VIP private client program, inclusive of 24/7 clients. The Private Client Case Manager’s role is to work for these clients and to facilitate tailored, holistic care to best suit their individual needs.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Case Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional case management services to our premium and VIP clients. As a Private Client Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing bespoke case management of exceptional quality, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care and support.
**clinical skills**, along with a keen commercial acumen and the ability to act as an ambassador for our amazing company Prestige Inhome Care. You will be working with some of our most discerning clients, so you must be impeccably presented and well-spoken, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new clients and undertaking comprehensive client assessments
- Delivering exceptional case management services to our premium and VIP clients
- Building strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations exceeded
- Developing and implementing care plans that are tailored to each client's specific needs and requirements
- Liaising with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support
- Providing regular progress reports to clients and their families, keeping them informed of any changes or updates to their care plan
- Acting as an ambassador for Prestige Inhome Care, promoting our services and values at all times
- Working closely with the Client Services Team to ensure that the complex nature of your clients’ needs are met through knowledgeable office support and a dedicated skilled care team

**About you**
- A qualification in nursing or a related healthcare field
- **Strong clinical skills** and experience in case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
- Well-developed prioritisation, time management and organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial acumen
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Impeccable presentation and excellent negotiations & communication skills
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
