The Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Retail Supervisor** to join our team at **Haileybury** in Keysborough.

**About the Role**
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of services in a busy retail environment
- Effectively motivate and support the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Strategic planning of staff management to provide optimal coverage throughout the day whilst maintaining budgets
- Cash handling and till reconciliation daily

**About You**
- Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in a comparable environment
- Thorough knowledge of food hygiene and safety requirements
- Comfortable with stock control, ordering, cash handling, training
- Able to keep cool in fast paced environment
