**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Job Overview: We are seeking a talented, experienced and motivated Digital Campaign Operations Executive to join the APAC team. We’re looking for a Superstar with expertise, excellence and consistency in all aspects of managing, planning and delivering digital media campaigns. Experience in the youth or family market and/or media/advertising/content industry is a plus.
**To begin with, we’d like you to**
- Understand what we do, why we do across multiple platforms. Then learn how to set up campaigns on various platforms for clients. Implement and manage campaigns to ensure on target and full delivery.
- Advancing from simple campaign setups, implementing 1x1 tracking, to more intricate creative setups, encompassing but not limited to video and dynamic creatives.
**How will YOU contribute to the Team?**
- Manage digital advertising campaigns in the Region
- Full responsibility for every aspect of campaign delivery: Ad trafficking, campaign operations, performance optimisation and reporting
- Monitor the daily performance of campaigns optimise as needed to ensure all campaigns deliver on client's’ targets effectively
- Troubleshoot the campaigns with issues or escalate to Senior team members
- Liaison with the Account Management team ensuring a timely launch and correct campaign implementation; addressing any questions/issues that may arise
- Be the go-to person in ANZ for all publisher information and inventory forecasting at all stages of the campaign: Pre-sale, Ongoing, and Post-sale
- Validate media plan and proposal prepared by Planning/Account teams
- Prepare periodic reports for each campaign including daily, weekly and end of campaign reports
- Support Senior team members collecting campaign data or give campaign insights when required
**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

- You’re a self-starter, you can clearly demonstrate your abilities to get things done without direct supervision and understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients
- At least 1 year of Experience in digital operations, video, display & programmatic is an advantage
- You possess excellent communication skills and you are diligent and detail-oriented
- You think logically, even under pressure, and you are solutions-driven
- You have an active interest in everything digital, ideally with an understanding of online advertising industry trends
- You’re analytical and have a great head for numbers
- Excellent written and spoken English
