**About the Role**:
Are you a results-driven fundraising professional with a passion for building sustainable donor programs? We are seeking an experienced and strategic fundraising professional to join our team as **Program Manager, Regular Giving** Guide Dogs and VisAbility WA.**

By building a strong and sustainable regular giving program, you’ll help ensure consistent and reliable income that drives our mission forward.

Reporting to the e Senior Manager, Fundraising WA and Tasmania, you’ll drive sustainable income growth by leading donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship strategies. You’ll collaborate with fundraising, marketing, and service delivery teams to deliver integrated donor experiences that strengthen our fundraising pipeline and help us achieve long-term impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the strategic design and execution of regular giving initiatives across multiple channels, including digital campaigns, direct mail, and mid-value programs.
- Establish and deliver on annual income targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth aligned with organisational objectives.
- Oversee the stewardship of donors, ensuring tailored engagement and meaningful donor experiences that strengthen loyalty and commitment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service delivery, and other fundraising streams to ensure integration and alignment of campaigns and messaging.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting performance, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

- A flexible, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to translate fundraising data into actionable strategies.
