Operations Managers - Kemps Creek, N.S.W

Are you ready to lead operations at a dynamic multi-user site and make an impact with one of the world’s most recognised brands. Toll Group is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Global Logistics - Retail and Consumer division at Prestons, NSW.

Toll Group have an AM Shift Operations Manager and a PM Shift Operations Manager on offer.

About the Role As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll lead a high-performing team, optimise resources, and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

This pivotal role is responsible for delivering high-quality logistics services to our customers, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities, but not limited to
- Manage day-to-day and long-term operational planning to meet KPIs and budget targets.- Lead and mentor a new team, fostering a culture of safety, engagement, and performance.- Drive process improvements and implement automation initiatives to enhance productivity.- Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service.- Ensure compliance with WH&S, DG, and environmental standards.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support growth and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking for to Drive Success
- Experience or exposure in a 3PL environment - understanding third-party logistics and client service delivery.- Experience or exposure to warehouse automation - ability to leverage technology for efficiency and accuracy.- Strong background in logistics/supply chain management and warehouse operations.- Knowledge of WMS and pick technologies.- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Certificate/Diploma in Warehousing & Distribution or Transport & Logistics (preferred).
